Laughter, whether spontaneous or intentional, not only offers many health benefits, but also releases brain chemicals that promote bonding. In this activity, we’ll use exercises from the Laughter Yoga movement to experience how great laughter can make you feel about yourself and the people around you.
Join us for a special interactive activity with James Hazelrig this week. Come early, order your meal, meet someone new, get to know someone better and be sure to have dessert first! Marilyn Nichols of Happy Puppy Tutoring and Happy Puppy Tiny Dog Boarding will bring the goodies. Thank you, Marilyn!
